Mental health and wellbeing
The University provides staff with a wide range of support to help look after their physical and mental wellbeing, including:
- Mental health and wellbeing training, including stress awareness
- A termly programme of wellbeing events
- A University-wide network of Wellbeing Advocates
- Targeted wellbeing programmes (e.g. menopause support)
- Free and low-cost sports activities and health checks
